Toys! Toys! Toys!

We all have been small at some point in our lives and many if not all of us have had toys to play with. Toys are fascinating when we are younger and what I wonder is why are we so fascinated with them? The toys that we had would entertain us for some time but when we would see something better we can completely forget about it.

There are many types of toys whether big or small and there are toys that may attract us more than others. The toys are made to attract small kids and what they like at that moment which could be something new every few months.

When parents want to find a present for infants, they usually resort to going to a toy store and buying the toy that they think the children would enjoy. Selling toys has become a huge business opportunity for many corporations. One major example would be Toys R Us. This company sells thousands of types of toys. They sell any new toys that are coming out because all they want is the business and money from the people that buy.

These companies are seen in many areas but i think that they are not very necessary. Up to 100 years ago, the children had to find a way to entertain themselves with any way they could find. Many would make their own toys from what they could find and did not have to pay for it. I have even heard that they had fun with a stick and spherical object.

We have been accustomed to buy things that we need when we could make our own entertainment if we really tried to. I guess it is just easier to buy rather than think of new ways to entertain ourselves.

Toys have been around for a very long time and have entertained children as well. The thing that has to be understood is that there are other ways to have fun as a small kid and not just focus on toys all the time and to think of which ones we want but not necessarily need.
