My older sister  Jacky has been getting them done for a while and her eyes are always looking great. I’m sure everyone was heard of the new version of the iPhone, called iPhone OS 4.0.

It will go on sale this summer, while a new version of the iPad will not be out until fall 2010.

One of the new features of the iPhone is that people will be able to have more than one application open at a time.

The past and current iPhones didn’t allow for backgrounds, and now the new version will.

Also, folders will be able to be created for Apps. Instead of only having 180, people will be able to carry over 2,100 apps on their iPhone!

The new IPad, is a design similar to the Itouch but with more powerful. It has all the applications that come with Itouch but it’s a lot faster like a computer. The Ipad is thin a light perfect for traveling and it is also wi-fi capable.

The Ipad also has an amazing 10 hour battery including the 3G feature making it a lot faster. It also has an A4 chip one of apples most fast creations of chips for little devices as such. Another feature is a speaker that provides a rich sound.

Other accessories that you can get for the Ipad is a wireless keyboard because of its bluetooth feature. The starting price for this amazing device starts at 500 hundred dollars.

Lately a couple of my friends and I have been playing chess. Me and Gabriel Ceja started playing chess on December, 2009 no actually we started playing chess during Gertner’s Journalism class. We would play on the MacBooks that are available  for his Journalism class, which I was in. Gabriel wasn’t in the class he had study hall so he would come over and grab a laptop and started to play chess. First we would play against the computer which was impossible to beat because the setting were set for chess professional players. Eventually we want to determine who was a better player. So that’s when we officially started playing because we were playing on an homemade chess board with different chess pieces not on a laptop. After that it came to my mind to create a chess club. After the winter break Gabriel showed to school with a new chess  board, which he had receive for christmas. Now that we have a chess b oard that would remain steady and all the pieces are the same. I created a chess tournament. That’s what has been happening with my friends and I.

I really like the brand Supras, they are the most creative shoes i have ever seen. The majority of people like them because of their height, and just because they are really different from the other brands. What can we say about shopaholics?? Well one thing I can for sure say is that they were all exposed on November 27 on the so called “Black Friday”.

These shopaholics didn’t limit themselves to the things they were going to buy. I mean they even stayed in tents outside a store just so that they could buy what they wanted?? Umm ok??

One thing I can say is that I like to shop, but I’m not like these people. I don’t go all out on “Black Friday”.

Yes it’s true that the lines are really long, but once you are inside the store then you know that everything was worth the 2½ hours in that line!

This was out of control. People were everywhere and all to get the great discounts happening just this once.

Old Navy was one of the stores with great discounts. There was people waiting in line since midnight because they wanted to be one of the first ones to be there and get the best items in the store.

Old Navy kept the discounts throughout the whole day on Friday the 27^th. The whole day the store was overflowing with customers. The register lines were like woah!

I went to buy some christmas presents for the family but there were many, many more people that just looked as if they were taking the whole store.

Best Buy was also one of the stores that had the most customers. This is where things started getting a little out of control. In the Montebello Best Buy I was able to witness a fight break out because a guy tried to cut in line.

Fortunately, there were cops circulating the area and were able to control it. Both subjects were lead to the end of the line.

The people at the front of the line admitted to be waiting in line since Tuesday night. Wow! That’s too extreme.

When inside, the people were everywhere trying to get what they wanted and needed. The things that most people were taking were either plasma TVs, laptops, cameras and even cell phones.

Everything was really cheap so it was a great deal. This only comes once a year, so the people already know when to go for their Christmas shopping!

Another store in which customers went wild was in Walmart. Walmart also had a lot of great discounts.

This was where I waited 2½ hours but at the end it was really worth it.

There were a lot, a lot of people and this didn’t stop us customers from waiting a long time there in line. The line was like three blocks around the store.

Just like at Best Buy people slept there since Wednseday just so that they could be able to get the good things first. For them the cold weather did not stop them from staaying out all night just waiting for the discounts.

There was no parking available. Many people had to park at a factory next to the Walmart risking the chance of getting a ticket.

The security was very strict. They had many restrictions and the entrances were closed. They were only letting 10 people at a time and only through one door. Imagine how crowded it was.

Once inside, it was crazy. You would see people running around as if the world was coming to the end. They were getting televisions, movies, clothes, phones, toys, school supplies and many more things.

I went straight to the video games. I was able to buy 7 video games and a lot of toys for my nieces and nephews. The registers were not that full because well, everybody was too entertained in the toys and everything they were looking for.

At Best Buy, Walmart, Citadel Outlets, the Montebello Mall stores and many more places, the specials are continuing until the 23^rd of December. Many people will be able to still get a lot of things for the discounted price. I did shop that day, but to the extreme to call myself a shopaholic, no. I’m not there yet!

But for whoever wants to find good discounts just go looking out for the stores that still have the discounts available.

Seems to me that kids these days don’t just ‘rock’ small, tiny headphones. Some favor using large headphones, which do provide better and more louder sound.

SkullCandy recently released a new NBA line which features their signature headphones with an NBA twist.

One of their most popular line is Tokidoki.

Although these headphones are pretty nice, the price sometimes isn’t. SkullCandy headphones can usually range from $49.95 up to over $600.

Just recently I rented movie  ”Confessions Of A Shopaholic” and it was interesting to observe what many women around the world are going through. I know that I’m going through the same thing…

I think it has been obvious to everyone that woman have an excessive compulsion to spend crazy amounts of money on clothes, shoes, accesories, hair products…you name it, all that girly stuff. (Ok…Old News)

In my perspective I could totally relate to Rebecca Bloomwood, the main shopaholic in the film, because the way she describes what it feels like to pass by a store and see on the window sill the perfect outfit to wear your heart starts to beat really fast because you can totally picture yourself wearing it.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is one of the most popular games in the whole world. Infinity Ward and Activision, the creators of the game sold 4.7 million copies all around the world in one day. More units are still going to be sold during the holidays.

Modern Warfare 2 kept some of the guns from the last game, but improved them from the guns from the present, and they still kept one of the most known snipers in the world, The Barret Jackson 50 Caliber along with a new sniper that matched the power of the 50 Cal.

Infinity Ward also thought it was a good idea by adding the winter into the game which makes it more interesting and harder because not a lot of games have that and a lot of people like it because most of them play online, but the only thing that it doesn’t have is the ability to use vehicles.

Kicker is one of the most desired speakers in the world with impressive power and performance.
